At Case Furniture, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all standard furniture items in original condition. If your piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Collection

  Carefully disassemble your item and pack it into its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the package from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
